Our
Return/Exchange Policy:
African
World Imports provides a money back guarantee on all
products, except special order items. Customers must
notify African World Imports within ten business days
(from the time they receive the product) for a full
refund or exchange.
In
your e-mail please include the following information:
1. Invoice number
2. The
reason for the return.
3. The
items to be returned or exchanged.
4. If
an exchange, please indicate the desired item.
5. Your
full name, address and telephone number.
For
custom or special orders, African World Imports must
be contacted within 48 hours for a partial credit. This
partial credit will be equal to the amount of the custom
or special order product minus a 40% restocking fee.
This credit may be applied toward the purchase of another
product from African World Import's current inventory.
Actual
shipping charges paid by African World Imports will
be deducted from the purchase price, unless the return
is due to our error. The following terms must be met
by you to insure that your refund or exchange will be
processed.
Return
the merchandise to us within 30 days of your original
receipt of the order. The products must be returned in
new, resalable condition. You must include all packaging
materials. Packaging materials must not be torn or damaged. All
manuals and warranty registration cards must be unmarked. You
must pay any return shipping expense.
